Organization and School Management

This paper will include knowledge about the structure and management of the
school, the classroom and in varied set ups depending on the diverse needs
of all children. The need to understand the importance of budgeting,
planning, maintaining records, organizing and managing various school
activities and maximizing the utilization of personnel will be an important
component of this paper. Special enabling skills and techniques will be
included.
